International Tax Manager

About the role

Deloitte Israel is seeking an experienced CPA or Attorney to join its Local & International Tax team. The International Tax Manager will provide expert advice on Israeli and cross‑border tax matters, supporting both corporate and individual clients through complex tax challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ongoing tax support to companies and individuals on Israeli and international issues.
• Represent clients during tax assessment discussions with authorities.
• Obtain pre‑rulings and approvals from the tax authority.
• Prepare professional tax opinions and documentation.
• Support local and international transactions, leading tax planning for cross‑border deals.
• Conduct tax due diligence and advise on transaction structures with a comprehensive view of local and international tax implications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Law (mandatory).
• High level of English proficiency (mandatory).
• 3‑5 years of experience in tax advisory or compliance (mandatory).
• Experience at leading accounting or law firms is an advantage.
