Internal Audit Consultant

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a motivated Internal Audit Consultant to join its Financial Services team. You will work on internal audit projects for market‑leading clients, analysing complex business processes and delivering tangible value.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in internal audit engagements, preparing, evaluating and improving internal controls.
• Analyse business processes and lead the identification of risks and control gaps.
• Collaborate closely with clients across a wide range of industries and senior stakeholders.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy, organization and strict adherence to deadlines.
• Work independently and as a collaborative partner within a high‑quality professional team.

Required profile

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in internal audit, or 4 years in capital markets with familiarity of the sector.
• Familiarity with capital markets or financial institutions.
• Willingness to invest effort and work hard.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
