Instructional Designer & Digital Learning Developer

About the role

We are looking for an Instructional Designer & Digital Learning Developer to create engaging digital learning solutions from concept to delivery. You will design both micro‑learning and macro‑learning experiences, manage development projects, and collaborate with clients and external vendors using cutting‑edge technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end digital learning modules, including storyboarding, authoring, and publishing.
• Design micro‑learning assets and comprehensive instructional programs aligned with client objectives.
• Lead learning development projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Work closely with clients and external vendors to integrate advanced learning technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design and learning development.
• Hands‑on experience with Articulate Storyline.
• Strong proficiency with Generative AI tools for creating text, video, audio, and digital content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technologies, Learning Technologies, or equivalent professional training.
• Proven ability to manage projects and engage senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Adobe and Camtasia is a plus.
