Inbound Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Wix is looking for an Inbound Product Marketing Manager to shape go‑to‑market strategies, drive monetization, and improve user journeys across its product portfolio. You will work closely with product teams to translate features into compelling user experiences and revenue‑generating campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product teams to design and execute go‑to‑market plans for new releases across email, in‑product messaging, newsletters, social media and community channels.
• Own daily monetization performance, analyze data, and make data‑driven decisions to optimize product funnels.
• Lead creative strategy, propose and run A/B tests to boost conversion while aligning with business KPIs.
• Identify and launch new monetization initiatives throughout the user funnel.
• Collaborate with product teams to refine in‑product user journeys and improve conversion touchpoints.
• Manage the conversion and optimization layer of product launches, guiding users toward becoming paying customers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing or product growth.
• Proactive, data‑driven mindset with a passion for products, UX/UI and branding.
• Strong creative instincts for messaging and the ability to work with content and design teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Deep understanding of product development processes and alignment between product and communication teams.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
