Human Resources Manager – Tel Aviv

About the role

Greenberg Traurig is seeking a motivated Human Resources Manager to join its Tel Aviv office. You will work closely with the Business Director, U.S. HR team, and local leadership to build and sustain a high‑performing, inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention for attorneys and staff, including candidate sourcing and new‑hire orientation.
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, leave, and employee‑relations matters, ensuring compliance with Israeli employment law.
• Advise management on performance management, disciplinary actions, and complex employee‑relations issues, including reserve‑duty contingencies.
• Oversee performance reviews, talent assessments, mentoring, and professional‑development programs for all staff.

Required profile

• Approximately 10 years of HR experience, preferably in an international or law‑firm environment.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew, both spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast‑paced setting, and comfortable taking direction.
• Extroverted and able to build relationships across multicultural teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Israeli labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience with talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Proficiency in performance‑management and employee‑development processes.
