About the role
The Builder Experience Team (BeXT) at Amazon is looking for an HR Partner to champion the experience of our Builders. Based in Tel Aviv, you will work closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to design and deliver people strategies that drive inclusion, performance and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Consult, coach and develop leaders on talent management, performance, compensation and employee relations.
- Foster an inclusive environment and advocate for Builders’ needs throughout their end‑to‑end experience.
- Serve as the first escalation point for Builder concerns, applying sound judgement and navigating Amazon policies.
- Support Builder queries with discretion, promote self‑service technology adoption and collaborate across multiple levels and regions.
- Conduct workplace investigations in partnership with Builder Relations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
- Extensive experience as an HR generalist.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
