Housing Supervisor

About the role

The Housing Supervisor leads La Casa Norte’s diverse housing programs, ensuring they operate efficiently and align with the organization’s Housing First, Harm Reduction, Case Management, and Trauma‑Informed Care principles. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday with occasional evenings or weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of programs such as Pa’Lante, Youth in College, Pierce House, Flexible Housing Pool, and KEYS.
• Maintain program data and documentation to meet agency, funding, and regulatory standards.
• Supervise case management activities, supporting housing placement, income enhancement, health and wellness, life‑skill development, and family stability.
• Serve as primary contact for housing matters, coordinating referrals, tenant/landlord issues, and cross‑program collaboration.
• Develop and sustain partnerships with community providers and the LCN property‑management team.
• Assist in crisis interventions, ensure budget compliance, and review policies for regulatory alignment.
• Provide quarterly and annual program updates and contribute to annual planning.

Required profile

• Experience managing housing or homelessness programs with knowledge of Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Trauma‑Informed Care.
• Strong supervisory and staff‑leadership abilities.
• Ability to handle crisis situations and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Excellent communication and partnership‑building skills.
