About the role

We are looking for a proactive Help Desk Technician to join a leading vehicle and mobility organization in Israel. You will provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to a large employee base, ensuring uninterrupted productivity across the company.

Key responsibilities

Deliver first‑line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and mailboxes in Active Directory and Exchange.
Troubleshoot operating system problems, Microsoft Office applications, Citrix environments, and other enterprise tools.
Respond promptly to incoming tickets, diagnose faults, and resolve them end‑to‑end.
Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for recurring issues.

Required profile

At least 1 year of experience providing IT support in an organizational setting.
Strong service orientation with the ability to work independently.
Hands‑on experience with Windows, Office, Active Directory and Exchange.
