Help Desk Support Specialist

About the role

Phibro Animal Health Corporation is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide frontline and remote IT assistance to up to 500 global users. You will ensure a smooth and reliable technology experience for employees across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site and remote support for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems on desktops, laptops, and communication equipment.
• Set up, configure, and maintain printers and other peripherals.
• Install and upgrade operating systems as required.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or technical support role.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and excellent written and spoken communication.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Solid working knowledge of PC hardware.
• Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Proficiency in Active Directory management.
• Familiarity with Office365 suite.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot.
