Head of SEO – Lead Global Organic Growth

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of SEO to lead the organic growth strategy for theLotter.com across multiple international markets. This senior, hands‑on role combines technical SEO expertise with content strategy, international SEO, analytics and AI search knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the global SEO strategy and organic growth roadmap.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives such as crawling, indexing, site architecture, JavaScript SEO, Core Web Vitals, schema, canonicals, redirects and sitemaps.
• Manage international and multilingual SEO, including hreflang and GEO‑specific optimization.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to identify technical issues and implement improvements.
• Develop content and keyword strategies to drive organic growth.
• Increase visibility on AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Google AI experiences, Gemini and Perplexity.
• Monitor performance and link organic growth to traffic, conversions and revenue.
• Lead and develop the SEO and Content team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO experience with proven organic growth results.
• Strong hands‑on technical SEO expertise.
• Experience with large, international and multilingual websites.
• Understanding of content SEO and AI search / GEO.
• Proven ability to work directly with developers and product teams.
• Analytical and commercial mindset.
• Experience managing SEO and/or content teams.
