Head of Marketing

About the role

SOURCIX is seeking a Head of Marketing to own and execute its B2B growth strategy. This senior, hands‑on role will shape brand storytelling, drive demand generation, and embed AI‑first methodologies across all marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead short‑ and long‑term marketing strategy, from positioning to campaign execution.
• Design and run AI‑powered workflows for content creation, lead generation, automation and analytics.
• Develop compelling messaging for technical and business audiences.
• Plan and launch Go‑to‑Market strategies for SaaS and Marketplace products.
• Execute targeted ABM campaigns to attract, nurture and convert high‑value accounts.
• Manage demand generation via paid media, SEO, email, partnerships and digital channels.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product and leadership to ensure aligned outreach.
• Scale marketing operations using agencies, freelancers and future hires.
• Monitor industry, customer and AI trends to continuously refine growth tactics.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS and ABM environments.
• Proven track record in early‑stage startups, acting as an independent marketing owner.
• Deep understanding of AI‑driven marketing and hands‑on use of AI tools.
• Strong ability to translate technical value into clear, compelling stories.

Required skills
