Head of Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead customer acquisition, retention and growth across multiple regulated markets. In this high‑impact leadership position you will shape and execute data‑driven marketing strategies while collaborating with CRM, Commercial, Product and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and optimise acquisition channels including Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic Media.
• Drive customer growth, retention and lifetime value through data‑driven initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets, channel investment and ROI optimisation.
• Partner with CRM teams to enhance segmentation, lifecycle journeys and loyalty programmes.
• Deliver performance reporting, forecasting and actionable market insights.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital, performance or growth marketing.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams and managing cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience working across multiple markets or regions.
• Proven success managing substantial marketing budgets and maximising ROI.
