Head of Delivery

About the role

KPMG Israel is seeking a highly experienced leader to head its Delivery domain. The role drives large‑scale technology projects, ensures high‑quality client outcomes, and contributes directly to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and scale the Delivery domain, establishing performance benchmarks and scalable advisory methodologies.
• Oversee end‑to‑end execution of complex technology portfolios, including ERP, SAP and major IT transformations.
• Provide subject‑matter and architectural guidance on complex client challenges.
• Manage and mentor Project Managers while collaborating closely with development teams.
• Ensure service quality, strict SLA compliance and maximum client satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand existing client footprints and drive organic revenue growth.
• Lead commercial activities from pre‑sales to executive‑level presentations.
• Partner with business‑unit leadership and global partners to support overall growth objectives.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing IT projects and large‑scale technology initiatives.
• Proven track record leading technology teams and delivering complex solutions.
• Strong technological background with the ability to guide at the architectural level.
• Professional‑level experience and deep familiarity with Oracle, SAP and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated business‑development experience.
