About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Hardware Engineer for advanced R&D to drive electrical and mechatronic product development.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering operational goals impacting project results.
- Create process documents defining user, functional, and technical specifications for new products.
- Document investigations of product/process issues for reference.
- Test and debug prototypes, verifying specifications are met.
- Deliver technical reports and memoranda for internal and external distribution.
- Coach junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
- Apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability to meet engineering operational goals.
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members.
