About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Hardware Engineer for advanced R&D to support the development of innovative medical and health‑technology products.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and document user, functional and technical specifications for new products.
- Test and debug prototypes, verify that specifications are met and record outcomes.
- Produce technical reports, memoranda and other documentation for internal and external distribution.
- Coach junior colleagues on techniques, processes and responsibilities.
Required profile
- Experience in electrical/mechatronic engineering within a product development environment.
- Ability to create process documents and investigate product or process issues.
- Understanding of Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives.
