Guest Experience Manager – New Hotel Opening

About the role

The Guest Experience Manager will lead the Guest Experience department of a brand‑new Six Senses hotel in Tel Aviv. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will ensure that every guest interaction reflects Six Senses’ values of local sensitivity, global sensibility, emotional hospitality and pioneering wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities and services and communicate them to guests.
• Apply the hotel’s reservation policies, manage advance deposits, and handle no‑show situations.
• Oversee the guest history and profile system in collaboration with the Front Office Manager.
• Support the Executive Assistant Manager in rejuvenating the overall guest experience.
• Partner with all other departments to anticipate and meet guest needs, ensuring smooth operations.
• Enforce brand policies, procedures and best practices consistently across the property.
• Promote a cost‑focused culture through staff training and education.
• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, financial, safety and security requirements, as well as budgetary controls.

Required profile

• Some college education plus at least three years of Front Office or Guest Service experience in a comparable luxury hotel, or a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management/Business Administration with equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
• Legal right to work in Israel at the time of application.
• Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and property‑management systems.
