Guest Experience Expert

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert is the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless stay from check‑in to check‑out. You will work across the property, delivering personalized service, handling requests, and sharing local insights to create a unique experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of guest services throughout their stay, including check‑in, check‑out, and in‑room assistance.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete required reports.
• Share highlights of the local area and recommend attractions, dining, and activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
• Valid Israeli ID or work visa.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and uniform standards.
