About the role

We are seeking a proactive Global Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and drive our worldwide hiring initiatives. In this player‑role you will actively source, recruit, and onboard key technical positions while leveraging AI‑driven tools to enhance speed and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for specialized and niche technical roles, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Partner with executives and senior hiring managers to align hiring priorities with departmental roadmaps.
• Execute global recruitment strategies to support rapid growth across multiple regions.
• Implement and optimize AI‑driven recruitment tools and automated workflows.
• Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top‑tier employer.
• Analyze recruitment data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable insights.
• Manage the hiring‑to‑onboarding process, ensuring successful integration of new hires within the first 90 days.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven full‑cycle recruitment experience in a global technology organization, preferably in cyber security or a startup environment.
• Strong sourcing experience across multiple platforms and social media.
• Extensive experience conducting behavioral interviews.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with senior leadership.
• Creative problem‑solver, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
