Global Quality & Operational Excellence Director

About the role

Netafim is seeking a Global Quality & Operational Excellence Director to shape and execute its worldwide quality and continuous‑improvement agenda. Reporting to senior leadership, the director will champion a culture of Lean, Six Sigma and robust quality management across all manufacturing sites, supply‑chain operations and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Define, deploy and govern a global Quality strategy aligned with Netafim’s business objectives.
• Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement programs across all production facilities.
• Oversee the End‑to‑End Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
• Drive supplier quality initiatives and manage the global network of Quality and Operational Excellence professionals.
• Monitor and improve key quality metrics such as cost of poor quality (COPQ), customer complaints and product defect rates.
• Lead quality‑maturity improvement projects and embed best‑practice governance processes worldwide.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in global quality, operational excellence or manufacturing excellence roles.
• Track record of delivering measurable improvements in product quality, cost reduction and customer satisfaction.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams across multiple geographies.
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills.
