Full Stack Web Developer – React & .NET

About the role

Priority Software is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to join its Retail development team. You will build modern web applications using React and .NET, and help shape the next generation of Priority Retail products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST API services for new and existing products.
• Create and enhance responsive React‑based web applications.
• Integrate backend services with frontend interfaces to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve API and application issues.
• Document API specifications, technical designs, and integration processes.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in designing AI‑enhanced features, automations, and business workflows.
• Promote modern engineering practices, including AI‑assisted development.

Required profile

• 5+ years of frontend development experience with a strong focus on React.
• 3+ years of experience with C# and the .NET Framework.
• Proven experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of software design principles and web application architecture.
• Experience with source‑control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for learning new technologies and continuously improving development practices.
