Full Stack Team Lead

About the role

We are an Israeli startup looking for a Full Stack Team Lead to drive the creation of innovative web applications. You will split your time between hands‑on development and guiding a small, high‑performing engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build full‑stack web solutions with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership while maintaining roughly 80% hands‑on coding and 20% management duties.
• Define system architecture and ensure best practices across client‑side and server‑side code.
• Integrate APIs, manage databases, and work within cloud environments.
• Collaborate with C++ teams, product managers, and other cross‑functional groups to deliver real‑time, high‑performance systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑stack web development experience.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a development team.
• Proven expertise in front‑end technologies (React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML).
• Strong back‑end experience with .NET, Python or Node.js and API development.
• Hands‑on experience with databases, cloud platforms, and real‑time/high‑performance applications.
