Full Stack / Mobile Engineer

About the role

Appsforce is seeking a Full Stack / Mobile Engineer to join its fast‑paced startup team. The role involves working across the entire technology stack, from backend Node.js services to Flutter‑based mobile applications, delivering features from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js (preferably Fastify).
• Build and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
• Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for data storage and caching.
• Own full‑stack components, bridging frontend/client and backend systems.
• Collaborate closely with product, production, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver end‑to‑end features and troubleshoot real‑world production issues.
• Contribute to architecture, technical decisions, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and API development, preferably with Fastify.
• Solid understanding of full‑stack concepts covering both client‑side and server‑side.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Hands‑on experience deploying, managing, and scaling services in cloud environments using Kubernetes.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features.
