Front Desk Agent – Guest Services

About the role

As a Front Desk Agent at Club Med Resorts, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth stay. You will combine hospitality expertise with multilingual communication to deliver personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide information and personalize customer relations.
• Manage arrivals and departures, including check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and keep informational media available to guests.
• Collect invoices, control deferred operations and ensure accurate invoicing for stays and on‑site sales.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as room staff, laundry, and catering to meet guest needs.
• Promote internal sales opportunities and maintain compliance with Club Med health, safety, and asset‑maintenance standards.

Required profile

• Sociable and able to build trusting relationships with guests.
• Helpful, attentive and solution‑oriented.
• Fluent in at least two languages and comfortable with an international clientele.
