FP&A Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance Department of a leading global fashion and lifestyle group. The analyst will partner with diverse brands and business units, influencing strategy and working directly with senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on the monthly review of business results, analyzing performance against budget and recommending improvements.
• Partner in developing the annual budget and analyzing gross profit and operating expenses across brands.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and operational reviews for business units.
• Conduct financial analysis, develop business plans, and perform financial assessments.
• Ensure data quality and generate ad‑hoc analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting and analysis processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in retail.
• Strong analytical mindset with structured thinking and attention to detail.
• Proactive, self‑starter attitude capable of managing tasks end‑to‑end.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to senior management.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with BI tools such as QlikView or Qlik Sense.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
