FP&A Analyst

About the role

SodaStream, part of PepsiCo, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its Global Finance team. You will partner with headquarters and market finance teams worldwide to consolidate financial data, deliver insightful analysis, and support key planning cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly financial performance reviews by preparing reports, analyses, and insights on key business results.
• Consolidate forecasts from global markets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to reporting timelines.
• Assist with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecast updates, and other planning cycles through financial modeling and analysis.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
• Develop and maintain recurring financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership and business stakeholders.
• Partner with finance teams across global markets to collect, validate, and consolidate financial information.
• Support process improvement initiatives by enhancing reporting efficiency, data quality, automation, and analytical capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, commercial finance, or corporate finance within a multinational environment.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial performance analysis.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
