Forward Deployed Marketer (FDM)

About the role

Enso is seeking a technically‑savvy performance marketer to act as a Forward Deployed Marketer (FDM). You will translate client market insights into AI‑powered growth strategies, moving fluidly between research, implementation, and client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Research each client’s market, ideal customer profile, positioning, competitors and demand channels, then craft a clear growth strategy.
• Deploy, configure and continuously improve AI agents and automated workflows tailored to client use cases.
• Work with technical systems – read API documentation, manage endpoints, authentication, webhooks and data flows, and use GitHub for troubleshooting.
• Launch and optimise performance‑driven growth activities, using data to iterate and test.
• Advise clients as a growth partner, presenting data‑driven recommendations and next‑step actions.
• Feed insights back into Enso’s product, agents and playbooks to improve future client cycles.

Required profile

• Proven background in performance or growth marketing with measurable results (acquisition, conversion, pipeline, revenue, etc.).
• Experience building and shipping a real product, tool, automation, campaign system or side project.
• Technical fluency with AI‑driven products and a comfort for experimenting and applying them to marketing problems.
• Solid understanding of modern software basics such as APIs, GitHub, webhooks, authentication and data integrations.
