Moon Active is seeking a detail‑oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial and operational decision‑making across its fast‑growing mobile gaming business. You will partner with leaders to translate strategy into actionable financial plans and insights.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a financial advisor to leadership and department heads, providing high‑level analysis to drive business strategy.
• Own end‑to‑end analyses and planning processes, from problem definition through execution and follow‑up.
• Design, build, and maintain financial models for various business scenarios.
• Dive deep into data to identify trends, uncover optimization opportunities, and become a subject‑matter expert.
• Adapt models, assumptions, and priorities in a fast‑changing environment.
• Lead ad‑hoc projects and strategic initiatives for senior management, delivering data‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience in a high‑growth setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, capable of translating financial data for non‑finance audiences.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment.
