Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join ISI’s Finance team and report directly to the CFO. The role is responsible for the preparation, review, and delivery of quarterly and annual financial results in line with IFRS, as well as tax reporting, internal controls, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and presentation of quarterly and annual financial results under IFRS.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure accurate, compliant accounting and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants on audits and ongoing accounting matters.
• Manage internal controls and ISOX documentation.
• Produce financial analyses and reports to support business decisions.
• Partner with internal departments and contribute to ad‑hoc financial projects.

Required profile

• CPA certification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant post‑internship experience.
• Experience in financial reporting and statement preparation under IFRS.
• Background working at a publicly listed company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and independent work style.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and English language skills.
