Financial Controller – Global Operations

About the role

D-Fend Solutions, a leader in cyber‑takeover counter‑drone technology, is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Controller. Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will own critical financial operations across our Israeli, US, and UK entities, supporting both local growth and Motorola Solutions’ global finance network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage ASC 606 revenue recognition and ensure strict compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare detailed quarterly financial reports for senior management and global stakeholders.
• Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and corporate finance teams to facilitate audits.
• Ensure tax reporting compliance for Israeli and US subsidiaries.
• Review and approve vendor payments, maintaining timely processing.
• Lead budget planning, monitor budget vs. actual performance, and provide insights for business decisions.
• Support US and UK subsidiaries with payroll management and expense tracking.

Required profile

• Proactive, driven finance professional with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in multi‑entity accounting, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and tax compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong communication skills to partner with global finance teams.
