Financial Controller – Finance & Business Operations Lead

About the role
We are a fast‑growing DTC digital health platform serving the U.S. market, looking for a Finance & Business Operations Lead to build and own the finance function from the ground up. You will work directly with the founders on finance, operations, tax, legal and compliance, delivering real impact from day one.
Key responsibilities
- End‑to‑end finance management, including reporting, cash‑flow, payroll and accounts payable/receivable.
- Budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and unit‑economics tracking.
- Lead business‑operations initiatives across the company.
- Ensure Israeli and U.S. tax and financial compliance.
- Oversee legal, regulatory and commercial compliance matters.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, consulting or advisory (Big 4, consulting firms or startups preferred).
- CPA qualification is a strong advantage.
- Business‑mindset with strong commercial acumen.
- Hands‑on, analytical and highly operational.
- Comfortable handling legal, tax and regulatory issues.
- Fluent English.
