Financial Controller – Digital Banking

About the role

ONE ZERO, Israel’s first fully digital bank, is seeking a Financial Controller to join its fast‑growing finance team. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decision‑making in an AI‑driven banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and capital adequacy ratios.
• Compile monthly management and Board reports.
• Submit accurate financial statements to the Bank of Israel in line with all regulations.
• Enforce financial reporting controls and maintain data integrity.
• Prepare the bank’s annual tax report.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting.
• Experience with financial statements and reporting processes, preferably in banking.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
