Finance Manager

About the role

Nogamy is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations for its project‑based services business. The role serves as a strategic partner to the executive team, driving cash‑flow management, budgeting, and financial planning while supporting the company’s rapid growth in data, AI, and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including cash‑flow, banking relationships, treasury, and factoring activities.
• Lead collection processes, monitor revenue cash flow, and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Supervise accounting and payroll functions, including the Payroll Accountant.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Build, analyze, and monitor financial and operational KPIs.
• Provide financial guidance and business support to the executive management team.
• Lead due‑diligence processes as required.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics.
• Proven experience in cash‑flow management, budgeting, and financial control within a services company.
• Experience working with banks, external auditors, and financial advisors.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
• Use of AI tools to automate financial processes and generate insights (advantage).
• Strong analytical abilities and business acumen.
