Finance Manager - Cost Accounting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Inventory & Operations Accounting team. The role oversees financial management of inventory, production yields, strategic investments, and accounting reconciliations, partnering closely with Operations and Supply Chain leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts.
• Oversee the lifecycle of inventory finance, including calculation, forecasting, and management of inventory reserves and releases.
• Lead budgeting and monitoring of production yields and direct cost elements, analyzing performance and managing related financial reserves.
• Ensure balance‑sheet accuracy through rigorous accounting reconciliations, month‑end close, compliance, and audit activities.
• Monitor purchase orders and open liabilities to guarantee accurate financial reporting.
• Track, report, and amortize strategic operational investments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and automation within inventory and control functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the high‑tech sector with a focus on inventory control and operations finance.
• At least 3 years of direct people‑management or team‑leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams, manage conflicting priorities, and convey complex financial data to non‑finance executives.
