Finance Controller – Israel

About the role

Publicis Re:Sources, the shared services platform of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Finance Controller to join its Israel team. You will be responsible for month‑end close, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with Israeli GAAP and tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly and yearly month‑end close processes and upload data into the HFM system.
• Prepare and present balance‑sheet reviews and variance analyses to senior management.
• Analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance with Israeli GAAP and other regulations.
• Coordinate external and internal audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial reporting integrity.
• Manage tax reporting and ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements.
• Support agency finance and operational teams with accurate reporting and guideline adherence.
• Assist operational managers with ad‑hoc information requests and analysis.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems.

Required profile

• CPA qualification with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Manager, or Auditor (Big 4 experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
• Familiarity with Priority accounting software
