Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will drive growth in a defined territory by identifying critical markets, acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships. You will act as the primary point of contact for technical and engineering customers, ensuring their supply‑chain needs are met while promoting Arrow’s full portfolio of solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define target markets and develop a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts, vendors and key suppliers.
• Promote and sell Arrow’s value‑add, supply‑chain and full‑life‑cycle programs.
• Prepare and present internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead regular QBRs with major customers.
• Utilise sales tracking tools such as Salesforce.com and Oracle to monitor pipeline and forecast.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective supply‑chain management and value‑added services.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or engineering sales within the electronics industry.
• Strong understanding of pricing programs and models used in electronics distribution.
• Proven ability to develop strategic account plans and drive demand creation.
• Experience preparing and delivering business reviews to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree acceptable in lieu of experience.
