Field Operations Representative - Uzbek Speaker

About the role

Remitly is seeking a proactive Field Operations Representative who speaks Uzbek to join its customer‑facing team in Southern Israel. You will act as the primary point of contact for new users, guiding them through a complete onboarding journey and ensuring they can confidently use Remitly’s financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer workplaces or agreed locations across Southern Israel.
• Lead customers through the full onboarding process, from account creation to first transaction.
• Provide clear, patient explanations of product features and usage.
• Maintain close coordination with back‑office and internal teams while working independently in the field.
• Represent Remitly’s values and deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal communication in Uzbek (mandatory).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily.
• Flexible working hours to meet customer needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously.
