Field Operations Representative – Russian Speaker (Southern Israel)

About the role

Remitly is looking for a proactive Field Operations Representative who will be the face of the brand for Russian‑speaking customers in Southern Israel. You will travel to customers’ workplaces, guide them through the onboarding process and ensure they can confidently use Remitly’s financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Travel daily across Southern Israel (Beer Sheva, Arava, Mitzpe Ramon) to meet customers at agreed locations.
• Lead customers through the full onboarding experience, from account creation to first transaction.
• Provide clear, patient explanations of Remitly’s services and answer questions.
• Maintain close coordination with back‑office and internal teams while working independently in the field.
• Represent Remitly’s values and deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Russian (mandatory).
• Good level of English for internal communication (mandatory).
• Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
• Flexibility in working hours when needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily field schedule.
• Experience in field work or customer‑facing roles (advantage).
• Hebrew or additional languages (advantage).
