Field & Community Marketing Coordinator (Tagalog/Thai/Hindi speaking)

About the role

Neema is seeking an energetic, people‑first Field & Community Marketing Coordinator to be the brand’s face on the ground. You will work across branches, deposit points, airports and community events, building authentic relationships and creating on‑the‑spot content that showcases Neema’s presence.

Key responsibilities

• Own Neema’s presence at community events and field activities, handling setup, breakdown and on‑site logistics.
• Create and support social‑media content that captures real, on‑the‑ground moments.
• Build and nurture relationships with community members, influencers and partners through genuine engagement.
• Maintain brand visibility at branches, deposit points and other physical touchpoints.
• Manage merchandise and gift inventory, ensuring accurate distribution.
• Run structured monthly partnership initiatives with clear objectives and reporting.
• Perform hands‑on tasks such as transporting materials and assisting with office duties.
• Keep projects organized using task‑management tools and meet all deadlines.

Required profile

• Legally eligible to work in Israel.
• Passion for marketing, field work, events and social media.
• Charismatic, sociable “people person” who builds trust quickly.
• Comfortable on camera – filming, presenting and interviewing.
• Strong sense of ownership, organization and responsibility for deadlines.
• Fluent in Tagalog, Hindi or Thai, in addition to Hebrew and English.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and be highly present in the field.
