Field-Based Medical Advisor – Hematology

About the role

The Field-Based Medical Advisor – Hematology acts as the Medical Affairs representative for BeOne’s hematology therapeutic area. Working directly with the external medical community, the advisor builds scientific relationships and gathers insights to support the company’s oncology mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high‑quality, non‑promotional scientific exchange with HCPs and KOLs.
• Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information on BeOne’s pipeline and approved products.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests, collaborating with Medical Information Services as needed.
• Present clinical and development data at scientific meetings, congresses, and ad‑hoc field engagements.
• Collect and communicate actionable medical insights, emerging trends, and unmet needs to internal cross‑functional teams.
• Support enterprise activities such as booth duty, session coverage, and omnichannel initiatives.

Required profile

• Scientific or medical degree with strong knowledge of hematology.
• Experience in medical affairs or related scientific communication roles.
• Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with HCPs and KOLs.
