Field Applications Engineer Graduate Program

About the role

Join Texas Instruments’ Field Applications & Sales Training (FAST) Program and embark on a 12‑month rotational experience designed to develop you into a technical Field Applications Engineer (FAE). You will work with customers, internal sales teams, and design engineers to deliver system‑level solutions using TI’s analog and mixed‑signal portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Influence customers’ component selection by showcasing TI’s advantages over competitors.
• Develop proactive, complete system proposals that maximize TI content.
• Leverage sales tools and collaborate with design engineers to identify and qualify new projects.
• Complete three technical rotations and an international headquarters experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Understanding of schematics, PCB layouts and digital components.
• Knowledge of analog circuitry such as op‑amps, DC/DC converters, data converters and sensors.
• Hands‑on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscope), soldering and debugging.
