Experienced Technical Recruiter – Technology Services

About the role

We are looking for an Experienced Technical Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions. You will work closely with leading private and government clients, guiding candidates from first contact to final placement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technology roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Identify and attract candidates through professional networks such as LinkedIn.
• Conduct in‑depth phone interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Support candidates throughout the hiring journey, ensuring a positive experience.
• Present and promote shortlisted candidates to account managers and strategic clients.
• Collaborate with clients across private and government sectors to meet hiring targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in technology.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough phone interviews.
• Familiarity with OS recruitment processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment while meeting targets.
• Strong motivation to grow professionally.
