Experienced Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an Experienced Technical Recruiter to join a leading technology services company in Petah Tikva. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for technology positions, partnering with both private and government clients and guiding candidates through every stage of the hiring journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Identify and attract candidates through social networks, especially LinkedIn.
• Conduct in‑depth phone interviews and professional assessments.
• Support candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Present and promote shortlisted candidates to account managers and strategic clients.
• Collaborate with leading clients across private and government sectors.
• Achieve recruitment targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Proven ability to conduct thorough phone interviews.
• Familiarity with OS recruitment processes.
• Comfortable working under high pressure while meeting targets.
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to grow professionally.
