Experienced Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an Experienced Technical Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions. You will work closely with leading private and government clients, guiding candidates from first contact to final placement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end screening and evaluation of technology candidates.
• Source and identify talent through social networks, especially LinkedIn.
• Conduct in‑depth phone interviews and professional assessments.
• Support candidates throughout every stage of the hiring journey.
• Present and promote shortlisted candidates to account managers and strategic clients.
• Collaborate with clients across private and government sectors.
• Achieve recruitment targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough phone interviews.
• Familiarity with OS recruitment processes.
• Comfortable working under pressure while meeting targets.
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to grow professionally.
