Executive Assistant, Human Resources

About the role

Medison is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support its Human Resources team and the Chief People Officer (CPO). You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, managing confidential matters, and coordinating HR‑related events across a global, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the CPO’s calendar, schedule onsite and virtual meetings, and book conference rooms.
• Arrange travel, accommodations, and expense reporting for the CPO and HR team.
• Assist with HR budget control, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
• Prepare internal reports, presentations, and departmental updates for senior management.
• Lead and coordinate HR projects, social activities, and employee‑experience events in Israel.
• Collaborate with Talent Management, Learning & Development to organize workshops and learning initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of office administration experience supporting senior leadership.
• Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• High attention to detail, strong problem‑solving orientation, and ability to handle unexpected situations.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a “can‑do” attitude and strong ethical standards.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
