Executive Assistant for New Hotel Opening

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the launch of Six Senses Tel Aviv, a new luxury hotel focused on sustainability, wellness and unique guest experiences. The role will ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day administration including phones, correspondence, documents and filing.
• Serve as the first professional point of contact for visitors, enquiries and calls.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, routine replies and maintain confidential records.
• Prepare and distribute meeting notes, reports, presentations and other correspondence.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and itineraries for staff and guests.
• Proofread documents for accuracy, grammar, formatting and brand standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of property services, outlets, opening hours and activities.
• Ensure high standards of office presentation, hygiene and equipment.
• Follow brand, safety, security, emergency and confidentiality procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; hospitality diploma preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a resort, hotel or similar setting.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
• Legal right to work in Israel.
