Electronics Technician

About the role

Vishay is looking for a reliable Electronics Technician to join its Beer Sheva manufacturing plant. You will ensure that production equipment runs safely and efficiently by performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and replace or repair faulty parts.
• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery.
• Test equipment to verify proper operation and make adjustments as needed.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics for repairs and installations.
• Install, set up, and commission new equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety regulations.

Required profile

• Practical Engineer or Technician degree in Electronics.
• At least 3 years of experience in electronic maintenance and repair.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good time‑management and communication skills.
