אודות התפקיד

החברה מובילה בתעשיית המזון והמשקאות מחפשת מנהלת/מנהל בטיחות וסביבה (EHS) לתפקיד בכיר בארגון גלובלי. המועמד/ת יהיה/תהיה אחראי/ת על אסטרטגיית הבטיחות, הבריאות, הסביבה והקיימות של האתר התעשייתי.

אחריות מרכזית

ניהול תחומי הבטיחות, הבריאות, הסביבה והקיימות באתר תעשייתי.
הובלת עמידה ברגולציה ובסטנדרטים גלובליים, כולל ISO 14001 ו‑ISO 45001.
הקמה והטמעה של מערכי EHS ותשתיות גדולות, וניהול צוות מקצועי כחלק מהנהלת האתר.

פרופיל נדרש

הסמכת ממונה בטיחות בתוקף ותואר בהנדסה.
ניסיון של לפחות 5 שנים בניהול EHS באתר תעשייתי.
ידע וניסיון בעבודה עם רגולציה סביבתית ותקני ISO.

כישורים נדרשים

היכרות עם תקני ISO 14001 ו‑ISO 45001.
יכולת ניהול פרויקטים סביבתיים ותחומי בטיחות.
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה.
