Drone Pilot

About the role

We are a fast‑growing startup developing advanced drones for unique missions. We are seeking an experienced Drone Pilot to join our professional team, supporting prototype testing, client demonstrations, and product validation.

Key responsibilities

• Fly a variety of drones for prototype testing, client demonstrations, and product validation.
• Deliver professional training sessions to company clients.
• Analyze flight data and input results into information management systems.
• Perform ongoing drone maintenance, including hands‑on servicing, assembly, configuration, and calibration.
• Participate actively in research & development and production processes.

Required profile

• Valid drone pilot license for aircraft up to 2 tons (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on drone piloting experience.
• Proficiency with Pixhawk flight control systems.
• Experience in aviation fixing and repairs.
• Familiarity with Civil Aviation Authority of Israel (CAAI) regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Required skills

• Drone pilot licensing (up to 2 tons).
• Pixhawk system operation.
• Aviation repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of CAA Israel regulations.
• Experience with various aviation platforms.
• Assembly, configuration, and calibration of model aircraft.
