Director, Product Design

About the role

NiCE is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead its Israel design organization. Reporting to the Global Vice President of Design and User Experience, you will shape the design vision for contact‑center and SaaS solutions while building a high‑performing, diverse team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic design decisions that influence product roadmaps and feature prioritisation.
• Build, mentor, and scale a world‑class design team in Israel.
• Collaborate with global UX peers in the US and India to ensure a unified design vision.
• Lead cross‑functional design reviews, stakeholder alignment sessions, and adoption of design systems.
• Ensure products meet accessibility, internationalisation, and quality standards.
• Maintain strong visibility and accessibility across multiple time zones, including early‑morning and occasional late‑evening calls.

Required profile

• 20+ years of comprehensive UX design experience.
• At least 10 years of design leadership at an enterprise level.
• Proven ability to build and scale high‑performing, diverse design teams.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience working as a peer leader in globally distributed organisations.
• Strong facilitation and workshop leadership capabilities.
