Director of Product Marketing & Go-to-Market

About the role

OneStep is seeking a strategic leader to shape and execute product marketing and go‑to‑market strategies for its Movement Intelligence platform across new healthcare verticals. Reporting to the Chief Growth and Marketing Officer, you will work at the intersection of product, clinical, sales, customer success and marketing to translate complex data capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead go‑to‑market strategies for existing and emerging healthcare segments, including target segments, ideal customer profiles, use cases, buyer journeys and value propositions.
• Craft strategic narratives for each launch, linking customer challenges, clinical evidence, business outcomes, positioning and messaging.
• Own end‑to‑end execution of launch programs, coordinating product, sales, marketing, clinical and customer success teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Develop multi‑channel campaigns (landing pages, email, LinkedIn, webinars, PR, presentations, sales enablement, case studies and customer communications).
• Conduct market, customer and competitive research to uncover opportunities, buying behaviors and differentiation.
• Equip commercial teams with messaging, proof points, sales narratives and storytelling frameworks to advance enterprise conversations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product marketing and go‑to‑market initiatives in the healthcare or digital health sector.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with exceptional storytelling ability.
• Track record of launching products or solutions across multiple verticals and scaling growth.
• Ability to collaborate across product, clinical, sales and customer success functions.
